La persona ideale ha una visione trasversale del sistema SAP, anche se non specializzata in un singolo modulo funzionale e non ricopre un ruolo da sviluppatoreProfilo: Sap supportLuogo: Tortona, AlessandriaSettore industriale: MobilityCompiti e responsabilità Supporto tecnico e operativo per ambienti SAP su Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP o SAP Cloud Platform)Gestione delle istanze SAP: installazione, configurazione, monitoraggio e tuning delle performanceCoordinamento con team interni e fornitori per attività di manutenzione, upgrade e migrazioneRisoluzione di problematiche tecniche e supporto agli utenti per tematiche trasversali (non specifiche di modulo)Collaborazione nella definizione dell’architettura SAP e supporto alle decisioni infrastrutturaliGestione della sicurezza, dei ruoli e degli accessi in ambiente SAPRequisiti Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel supporto SAP lato architettura e amministrazioneConoscenza di ambienti SAP in Cloud (es.
