Responsibilities Verifica giornaliera delle comunicazione dei dispositivi in campo Apertura e chiusura degli interventi di manutenzione in campo sui gestionali aziendali Gestione anagrafiche prodotti e clienti sui software di telelettura e telecontrollo Supporto clienti telefonico o via e-mail Analisi anomalia/allarme riscontrato da cliente Gestione report/estrazioni dati dai gestionali Attività di test e validazione nuove versioni software di acquisizione e gestione dati Supporto tecnico agli operatori di campo Supporto tecnico ai clienti Consuntivazione interventi in campo sui portali dei clienti Pianificazione e conduzione di azioni correttive Gestione reclami Qualifications Diploma preferibilmente tecnico Inglese almeno liv. B1 e/o francese almeno liv. B1 Capacità di comunicare in modo formale per relazionarsi con i clienti italiani e/o internazionali Flessibilità nell'utilizzo di diversi sistemi operativi Completano il profilo le capacità organizzative e di problem solving, l’affidabilità e la proattività nello svolgimento delle attività assegnate.
