Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Business Developer – Area Centro Italia (Arezzo) Siamo un’azienda pioniera nella tecnologia laser applicata all’arte orafa, con soluzioni innovative e riconosciute a livello internazionale. Per rafforzare la nostra presenza commerciale nel Centro Italia, cerchiamo una figura dinamica e orientata al risultato, pronta a contribuire alla crescita del nostro brand. Sviluppo del portafoglio clienti nell’area Toscana, Lazio e Molise. Gestione e fidelizzazione dei clienti esistenti con approccio consulenziale. Visite periodiche ai clienti e presentazione di prodotti e soluzioni tecnologiche. Gestione completa del ciclo di vendita: dalla lead qualification alla chiusura. Collaborazione con Marketing per lead generation, messaggi e strategie. Attività di prospecting outbound (cold call, email, social outreach). Coordinamento con il team tecnico per personalizzazioni e supporto post-vendita. Monitoraggio del mercato e dei competitor. Aggiornamento del CRM e rispetto dei KPI commerciali. Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore. Chi cerchiamo Una persona energica, autonoma e orientata agli obiettivi. Almeno 3 anni di esperienza commerciale (preferibile nel settore orafo). Ottime capacità di negoziazione, ascolto ed empatia. Plus: esperienza con macchinari laser e dimostrazioni prodotto. Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nell’area assegnata. Buone competenze informatiche e conoscenza dell’inglese. Domicilio ad Arezzo o zone limitrofe. Inserimento in un’azienda solida, innovativa e in forte crescita. Formazione tecnica continua su tecnologie di ultima generazione. Ambiente dinamico dove le idee fanno davvero la differenza. Pacchetto retributivo competitivo con incentivi al raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Auto aziendale, telefono, PC e copertura spese trasferte.
