La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un team multidisciplinare dedicato alla progettazione, sviluppo e delivery di soluzioni avanzate basate su Generative AI e Machine Learning. In particolare, si occuperà della realizzazione di sistemi di Conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic Solutions e altre applicazioni intelligenti end-to-end volte ad automatizzare processi e supportare la trasformazione digitale dei clienti. Responsibilities Progettare, addestrare e ottimizzare algoritmi di Machine Learning e Generative AI; Sviluppare soluzioni di prompt engineering e fine-tuning per LLM; Collaborare con data scientist, sviluppatori e designer per integrare modelli AI in prodotti e servizi aziendali; Valutare le performance delle soluzioni implementate e migliorare la qualità dei risultati tramite metriche di evaluation e testing automatizzato. Requisiti Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica o discipline affini; Esperienza concreta in progetti AI e GenAI (ad es. GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, ecc.); Conoscenza di Python e framework come TensorFlow, PyTorch o Hugging Face, Langchain, LlamaIndex, Langraph; Esperienza in prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning e embedding models; Familiarità con API di modelli linguistici e strumenti cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e capacità di lavoro in team multidisciplinari.
