ResponsibilitiesJob Description Site Manager 23/10/2025 Job Description: We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italy for the construction of utility-scale solar projects . Studies deeply project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders and subcontract requisitions Reports project progress to the Project Manager Oversees, with the help of site engineers, subcontractors\' installation works Reports daily about the material received onsite Liaise, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange the material deliveries Monitors compliance with Melen Energy & Metals technical requirements and all the applicable norms and standards Manage the site facilities from a technical and administrative point of view. Rent offices, provide the necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), organize cleaning activities stipulating contract with local suppliers Liaise with DL and CSE where necessary Be nominated as safety responsible of the site ("preposto alla sicurezza") What you bring to the roleMinimum 5 years working experience as site manager within construction University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus Excellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD Leadership and negotiation skills Attention to details Willingness to relocate Fluent knowledge of Italian and English Your benefitsAttractive remuneration package Friendly and professional working environment Continuous training Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increase productivity Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news We respect your personal data.
