CONTRACTS ANALYST For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a role involving interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce. Contract duration: 6 months Range RAL: 40.000€ - 50.000€ Responsibilities Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting; Using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards; Monitoring accounts; Analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teams; Participating in process improvement projects; Managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes; Collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in business / technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required; 2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program; Experience in Salesforce preferred, but not required; Experience in Excel; Strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility; Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals; Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities; Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
