Lavoriamo con club, high school, college USA e ITA.Missione del ruoloGuidare l'origination commerciale e la chiusura di pacchetti "Import Programs" per clienti USA ed ITA. Gestione integrale dal primo contatto alla conferma con passaggio all'Operations Department.Sede e modalitàMilano + remoto. Tirocinio extracurriculare 8 mesi. Periodo: ASAP → 30 giugno 2026.LinguaOttimo livello d'inglese ed italiano fluente richiesto. In assenza, non accettiamo candidature.Condizioni economiche del tirocinio (stage) retribuito- Indennità: 800 € netti/mese per 8 mesi. - Variabile: 15% sul margine operativo dei deal seguiti e confermati all'incasso caparra - (margine = incassi netti cliente – costi diretti del pacchetto; esclusi costi fissi aziendali).Attività principali- Prospecting e apertura contatti con club, high school e college USA e ITA. - Qualifica, trattativa, negoziazione e chiusura. - Gestione pipeline su CRM, forecast e report diretto al vertice. - Handover strutturato al Dipartimento Operations per l'erogazione.Esposizione alle Operations- Supporto all'organizzazione di viaggi sportivi per team USA in Italia. - Sviluppo strutture ricettive e servizi collegati. - Affiancamento su ticketing aereo e logistica. - Mappatura di realtà scolastiche e sportive USA e supporto a iniziative promozionali.Requisiti- Inglese ottimo scritto e parlato. - Interesse per sport e scambi internazionali. - Capacità organizzative e comunicative. - Iniziativa e orientamento al risultato.Percorso e sbocco- KPI del periodo: almeno 1 commessa confermata entro il 30/06/2026. - Al raggiungimento: proposta di collaborazione professionale con fisso €1.600 lordi/mese + 15% variabile sul margine.Perché candidartiResponsabilità commerciale reale, mercato definito, percorso di crescita chiaro, team in evoluzione, ibrido Milano + remoto.Azienda di ragazzi giovani, dinamica ed in crescita... opportunità reale
