Per implementazione della divisione Recruiting siamo alla ricerca di un/a HR Specialist part time disponibile ad unirsi al nostro Team. La figura ricercata, che riporta direttamente alla Direzione, si occuperà della ricerca del personale da inserire all’interno dell’organico aziendale tramite: inserimento, gestione e aggiornamento degli annunci di ricerca sul web (in particolare sui network specifici); contatto periodico con le agenzie per il lavoro e gli enti di formazione pubblici e privati; screening delle candidature e conduzione dei primi colloqui di selezione; attività di amministrazione del personale. Ulteriori attività sono rappresentate dalle procedure di onboarding in azienda dei candidati prescelti e dall’organizzazione e gestione periodica di eventi aziendali istituzionali e di team building. I candidati ideali: Hanno maturato almeno tre anni di esperienza in ambito risorse umane; Possiedono una forte determinazione e orientamento al risultato; Ottimo uso del pc; Necessaria conoscenza applicativo ZUCCHETTI; Risiedono a Verona o provincia; Contratto di assunzione diretto in azienda PART TIME (CCNL Commercio); Costante opportunità di formazione e crescita in un contesto meritocratico, dinamico e internazionale. #J-18808-Ljbffr
