Per il potenziamento del nostro team ICT & Budget - Operational Excellence siamo alla ricerca di un Professional con esperienza in ambito consulenziale, da inserire in un contesto dinamico focalizzato sulla gestione e il monitoraggio delle iniziative progettuali a supporto della funzione Operational Excellence. Responsabilità principali Supportare la pianificazione, governance e monitoraggio del piano progetti aziendale in ambito Banking; Curare la produzione della reportistica manageriale (es. avanzamento progetti, costi, benefici attesi e realizzati); Contribuire alla mappatura e ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali, anche in ottica di efficientamento operativo; Supportare il processo annuale di budgeting, garantendo coerenza tra fabbisogni, progettualità e obiettivi strategici; Collaborare nella definizione di requisiti funzionali e operativi, in sinergia con le strutture coinvolte; Partecipare alla redazione e manutenzione dei deliverable di progetto (project charter, piano di progetto, GANTT, KPI di monitoraggio). Requisiti richiesti Laurea in discipline Economiche o STEM; Esperienza di 3-4 anni maturata in società di consulenza (preferibilmente Big4), su progetti in ambito organizzazione, governance o risk management per clienti del settore Financial Services (preferibilmente Banking); Conoscenza dei principali framework e metodologie di Project Management (es. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile); Familiarità con progettualità di trasformazione e reingegnerizzazione dei processi; Ottima padronanza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; Spiccate doti analitiche, organizzative e relazionali.
