This role is ideal for passionate, empathetic individuals who excel in problem‑solving, communication, and community support.What You Will DoProvide empathetic, accurate, and timely support to users.Stay informed about products and community standards to offer effective solutions.Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support requests and reports of abusive content.Respond to inquiries with speed, quality, and empathy.Use market‑specific knowledge to identify scalable improvements in user support.Analyze data to enhance user experience and improve workflows.Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.Spot trends and, when necessary, escalate complex issues to the global team.What We Are Looking ForC2 Italian and B2 English communication skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a bias toward doing what’s right for the community.Attention to detail and a results‑driven mindset.Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.Familiarity with products and community standards (training will be provided).Compensation & BenefitsSalary: 1,100 EUR gross monthly × 14 per year.Performance bonus: up to 200 EUR per month.Work schedule: Monday–Saturday 09:00–19:00 (8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotational shifts).Opportunity to work in an international and supportive environment in Athens.Continuous training and career development opportunities.Flexible working conditions and a vibrant workplace culture.Relocation assistance for candidates outside of Greece.Seniority LevelNot ApplicableEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesEducation#J-18808-Ljbffr
