Cybersecurity Operations Technology ExpertApply for the Cybersecurity Operations Technology Expert role at Ferrero .About the RoleReporting professionally to the Cybersecurity Operations Technology Manager and managerially to the Italy Cybersecurity Manager, the Cybersecurity Operations Technology Expert fosters a high level of cybersecurity maturity across Ferrero’s OT environments. This role supports the development of plans and coordinates the delivery of cybersecurity projects and services aimed at protecting industrial systems and ensuring production continuity.The role will be based in our Alba offices , with the possibility of working remotely up to two days per week.Main ResponsibilitiesManage requests and needs originating from the region, planning activities and resources to continuously improve the cybersecurity posture of OT environments.Implement initiatives aligned with the OT Cybersecurity Roadmap, focusing on increasing the level of protection and resilience of industrial environments and the supply chain.Lead periodic security reviews, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities across OT environments, identifying potential gaps and proposing improvements. Gather data and metrics from OT systems to enable KPI evaluation and drive continuous improvement.Define cybersecurity baselines, methodologies, and requirements for OT environments at both central and local levels, integrating security aspects into projects. Support training and awareness programs for OT users to strengthen cybersecurity culture.Evaluate new vendors, technologies, and features related to OT cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with industrial needs and global standards. Provide recommendations to maintain and enhance Ferrero’s monitoring and corrective cybersecurity activities.About YouBring expertise in OT cybersecurity, backed by at least 3 years of experience in supporting and coordinating projects aimed at safeguarding industrial environments. Combine analytical and conceptual skills with a technical foundation in networking and infrastructure.Familiar with key OT security solutions such as intrusion detection and prevention systems, network monitoring tools, endpoint protection, and privileged access management, and understand how they differ from traditional IT security approaches. Knowledge extends to industrial control systems, the Purdue Model, and international standards guiding security for industrial automation and control systems.Hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field and may have professional certifications that demonstrate expertise.
