Site HR Admin Ops Specialist Role: The Site HR Admin Ops Specialist is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within a Contract working site/Logistics plant. This includes managing people relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The role acts as a bridge between plant operations and HR function, supporting both strategic and day‑to‑day HR needs. Key Responsibilities Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate guidelines. Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training programs for plant employees. Manage administration and performance management systems. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Monitor working conditions and address employee concerns. Employee RelationsManage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Regularly update plant management on labor regulations and cooperate to solve issues with staff. Point of contact with site employee representatives. Provide coaching and counseling to employees. Conduct exit interviews and support management with replacement and organizational solutions. Support plant management with workforce planning and organizational. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. Deploy central HR function initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. At least 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial or logistics plant. Proven experience in labor compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong conflict resolution, proactivity and problem-solving abilities. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
