Responsabilità principali: Gestione autonoma del rango assegnato, garantendo un servizio impeccabile, preciso e personalizzato. Accoglienza dell’ospite e accompagnamento durante l’intero percorso gastronomico. Presentazione del menu e dei piatti, con spiegazioni chiare, eleganti e coerenti con la filosofia della cucina. Collaborazione costante con Maître, Sommelier e Cucina per assicurare fluidità e tempi di servizio. Cura della mise en place e attenzione al dettaglio prima, durante e dopo il servizio. Gestione delle richieste dell’ospite con professionalità, discrezione e problem solving. Supporto e coordinamento dei Commis de Rang. Requisiti: Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo. Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di servizio di sala. Buona conoscenza dei vini e dell’abbinamento cibo-vino. Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e dell’inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus). Spiccato orientamento all’ospite, precisione, eleganza e passione per l’ospitalità.
