Orienta Spa - Società Benefit - filiale di Ivrea ricerca per azienda cliente un SITE MANAGER La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e supervisione di progetti relativi all'installazione, manutenzione e ottimizzazione di sistemi automatizzati in ambiti industriali o produttivi. Questa posizione richiede competenze tecniche, capacità di coordinamento e una forte attenzione alla sicurezza e agli standard qualitativi. Collaborando con il gruppo coinvolto in cantiere per garantire il soddisfacimento dei requisiti di commessa. Responsabilità principali: Gestione del Cantiere : Supervisionare tutte le attività sul sito, garantendo che i progetti di automazione siano completati nei tempi e nei budget stabiliti. Coordinamento del Team : Dirigere squadre di tecnici, assegnando compiti e monitorando le performance per assicurare un lavoro efficiente. Implementazione tecnica : Collaborare con personale per l'installazione e la messa in servizio di sistemi automatizzati, risolvendo eventuali problemi tecnici sul campo. Sicurezza e conformità : Garantire che tutte le operazioni rispettino le normative di sicurezza sul lavoro e gli standard di progetto Comunicazione con cliente : Agire come punto di riferimento per i clienti o i committenti, fornendo aggiornamenti sullo stato dei progetti e gestendo eventuali richieste o modifiche. Gestione delle risorse : Supervisionare l'approvvigionamento di materiali e attrezzature necessari per il progetto, ottimizzando i costi e riducendo gli sprechi. Competenze Richieste: - Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi di automazione industriale, inclusi PLC , SCADA e robotica . - Capacità di leggere e interpretare schemi tecnici e disegni meccanici . - Esperienza nella gestione di progetti complessi e nel problem solving. - Ottime doti di leadership e comunicazione per coordinare team e interfacciarsi con stakeholder. - Familiarità con software di gestione progetti (es. MS Project) e strumenti CAD. - Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e qualità nel settore industriale. - Disponibilità a trasferte di media durata Italia-Estero (70% del tempo) - Buona conoscenza impiantistica (meccanica, pneumatica e fluidica) Requisiti: - Diploma o laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica o dell'Automazione) - Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli simi li, preferibilmente nel settore dell'automazione industriale o manifatturiero. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese RAL: 40k Settore: Industria metalmeccanica Ruolo: Produzione / Operations Tipo di occupazione: Lavoro a tempo indeterminato
