Desired Personal Profile We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual possessing the following characteristics: Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, corporate communications, or a related field, preferably in the chemical/pharma industry. Autonomy and Collaboration: Demonstrates independence in organizing and executing the work plan related to the assigned function. Exhibits creativity, a strong spirit of collaboration, and a proven aptitude for working effectively, both autonomously and collaboratively, within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Organizational Acumen: Possesses strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage complex projects efficiently. Communication & Cultural Fit: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the capacity to fully embrace and passionately transmit the Company's corporate values. Must have a transformation and change-oriented mentality and a strong analytical attitude. Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills using main tools (MS Office) and digital marketing tools. Language Skills: Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, at a B2/C1 level. Main Responsibilities of the Function The primary responsibilities of this role involve: Content Development: Developing and implementing communication and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness. Social Media Engagement: Coordinating and supporting social media communication plan. Event Management: Coordinating and supporting the organization of events and activities planned by the divisions, as well as coordinating and supporting the organization or participation in promotional events. Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify emerging industry opportunities and trends. Brand Consistency: Collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent message and corporate image across all channels. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing and communication activities and managing the budget allocated to these initiatives. Material Production: Supervising the production of promotional, advertising, and branding materials.
