Together, our global staff help students from around the world develop the language skills they need to achieve their dreams.Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?Language CoordinatorAs a Language Coordinator, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Italian Team. You will engage with students personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them through their journey with us until they return from their trip.Your key responsibilities will include:Drive Sales: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term sales strategyExcellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-sales calls daily to potential studentsTeam Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitudeRelationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the yearTeamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse internal sales and campus staff to provide students with the best EF experienceWhat We’re Looking For:Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)Full fluency in Italian (reading, writing, speaking)Full working rights in EuropeSomeone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience living, working, or studying abroad is a plusAll additional languages are a plus*Please note that this role is fully on-site.
