As part of our evolving brand and bold ambitions were looking for a Cyber Underwriter based in Italy to accelerate our cyber portfolio across Continental Europe. Your New Role : Underwrite business following the business plan and regulatory requirements. Support the development and delivery of the annual business plan. Apply a Reinsurance Strategy to safeguard the portfolio. Contribute to meetings to share knowledge and best practices. Promote the department division and company to maximise brand leverage. Establish and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. Continually develop technical knowledge and expertise . Manage resources across the team to achieve business requirements. Motivate and develop the team through good leadership behaviours. Ensure accurate recording of insurance risks and compliance with regulations. About you : Experience in cyber insurance as an underwriter / assistant underwriter or as a broker. Technically sound with the ability to balance production goals with underwriting discipline. Good communicator and relationship builder fluent in English and italian. Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit.
