Questa è la tua occasione per entrare in un team innovativo e dinamico In qualità di Junior Customer Support Specialist Solar Inverters, sarai il punto di riferimento per i nostri clienti e partner nel garantire il massimo livello di supporto tecnico e la qualità delle operazioni. Cosa farai? Fornirai assistenza tecnica di livello 2 e supporto tramite hotline; Offrirai supporto tecnico ai nostri clienti o partner, lavorando in autonomia o con il team tecnico; Parteciperai a corsi di formazione, workshop e attività di certificazione dei partner; Gestirai casi tecnici attraverso il sistema di ticketing, monitorando la qualità delle operazioni in loco e proponendo miglioramenti; Chi cerchiamo? Siamo alla ricerca di una persona appassionata e motivata, con una predisposizione al problem solving e un attitudine al lavoro in team. Ecco cosa ci aspettiamo da te: Buone capacità di gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e forte orientamento al cliente; Capacità di comprendere e comunicare informazioni tecniche in modo chiaro e semplice; Flessibilità, organizzazione e affidabilità; Preferibile background in Ingegneria elettrica o Diploma tecnico; Esperienza nella lettura di schemi elettrici e nella comprensione di specifiche tecniche; Conoscenza di base di problematiche tecniche (software e hardware); Cosa ti offriamo?
