At Belmond, we look for effortlessly engaging characters, whose personality, humor, and charm shine through, creating a culture for unscripted and instinctive service and genuine human connection. /p pHe/She will reports a Villa Manager. /p h3Main Duties Responsabilities: /h3 ul liMeal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each service; /li liMaintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen; /li liControls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions; /li liMonitors portion and waste control; /li liPerforms all duties assigned by the Sous Chef; /li liCoordinate and monitor a Demi or Commis de partie assigned to him/her /li /ul ul liThorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques; /li liAt least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment; /li liTourism or Hospitality degree preferred; /li liEffective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability; /li liCollaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player; /li liDrive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues; /li liGlobal perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background; /li liHACCP certification.br/ /li /ul ul liWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.
