Un modello scalabile, un mercato enorme e una visione chiara: diventare lo standard europeo per le collaborazioni tra brand e creator.Per farlo, stiamo cercando un BDR forte, con già una prima esperienza in startup o realtà digitali, che voglia crescere insieme a noi e avere un impatto reale sul business.Cosa faraiSvilupperai nuove opportunità commerciali (outbound & inbound)Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i founder per affinare ICP, messaggi e strategiaContribuirai a costruire processi di vendita scalabili in più cittàParlerai con brand, aziende e decision maker di alto livelloFarai parte dell'evoluzione di Timeless Club, giorno dopo giornoProfilo ideale1–3 anni di esperienza come BDR / SDR / Sales in startup o ambienti dinamiciMentalità imprenditoriale e forte ownershipOttime capacità comunicative e commercialiApproccio data-driven, ambizioso e orientato ai risultatiVoglia di costruire qualcosa di grandeCosa offriamoRetribuzione competitiva (fisso + variabile uncapped)Reali possibilità di crescita (ruolo, responsabilità, carriera)Un progetto ambizioso, reale, già validato dal mercato e in continua espansioneUn ambiente veloce, dinamico e meritocraticoSe ti riconosci in un progetto in costruzione e vuoi essere parte attiva della sua crescita, vogliamo conoscerti
