We are looking for a proactive and dynamic sales assistant for our store in Milan. The selected candidate will oversee the following activities: Coordinate and supervise all daily store operations Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers by offering tailored support and purchase advice Represent and convey Emil’s brand values to ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience Organize and maintain the retail space in line with visual merchandising guidelines Monitor both offline and online inventory, managing restocking, product rotation, or disposal as needed Analyze sales performance and achieve qualitative and quantitative targets Contract: Part-time, fixed-term contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
