Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Where passion meets opportunityJob PurposeThe Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming large volumes of customer and campaign data into actionable insights that drive CRM strategy, enhance customer engagement, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key AccountabilitiesAnalyze customer and campaign data to identify behavioral patterns and business opportunitiesExtract, validate, and manage complex datasets using advanced SQL queries.Design, automate, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports with Power BIDevelop and refine customer segmentation models for targeted marketing and personalization.Evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization strategies.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and high-quality standards.Lead or contribute to predictive and prescriptive analytics projects (e.g., retention, churn prevention).Maintain documentation.QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in CRM, Marketing Analytics, or Customer InsightsFluent in English and Italian, both written and spokenStrong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) and Power BI (mandatory)Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative fieldStrong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity to learnAbility to communicate complex data in a clear, business-oriented wayStrong communication skills and ability to mentor junior colleaguesProactive, autonomous, and collaborative attitudeVISA RequirementsRight to work in ItalyOur CommitmentWe are committed to building a future that values diverse perspectives, embraces the world beyond borders, and fosters an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued, respected and empowered to be their authentic selves.
