What we are looking for The Assistant Director of Finance (Assistant Controller) will manage the day‑to‑day operation of the Accounting Office, providing financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and control. Responsibilities Provide financial analysis and reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control. Lead and develop the accounting team, overseeing internal, external, and regulatory audits. Generate accurate and timely reports, presentations, and accounts. Reconcile balance sheets and ensure P&L accuracy. Maintain compliance with SOPs, LSOPs and local regulations. Support the Director of Finance on operating/financial issues and advise executive leadership. Provide direction on accounting policies and procedures. Participate in performance appraisals and provide feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; no prior experience required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of accounting systems and financial software. Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
