As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e‑mail/phone calls. Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site (Must be in Portugal or relocate) Relocation Support offered for international candidates* Reloation assistance (flight reimbursement) Option to have accommodation included for cheap May also include between €1.000 and €2.000 signing bonus (depending on project and starting date) Requirements: Customer-Centric or SalesAttitude Problem‑Solving Abilities Adaptability: You are comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
