OverviewOur colleagues in the Customer Service team of the European Plan & Deliver CoE are eager to team up with you to make sure everyone can enjoy our delicious freshmakers and sweets every single day.Where we need you:Job Title: Customer Service SpecialistDepartment: Plan & Deliver CoEDedication: Full timeLocation: Lainate, Via ClericiServes as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery in line with service expectations. Supports end-to-end order fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Your core responsibilities at a glance:Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.Act as the main contact for customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.Collaborate with Supply Planning, Transport, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.Proactively address and resolve service issues, delivery discrepancies, and complaints.Maintain master data and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal policies.Monitor order KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rate) and support root cause analysis for service gaps.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.Document processes and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systemsThe ingredients of Perfetti Van Melle – is this your flavor?We are Taste Makers in Candy As the third-largest confectionery company in the world – and the second in Europe – we’re on a journey to become the best in making candy.
