IT Support and Application Specialist role at MedTug SpAResponsibilitiesDeployment and configuration of new workstation setups (notebook, peripherals, domain access).Administration of company computers according to IT standards.Physical workstation preparation (cabling, monitor, fixed telephone).Active Directory and Azure AD user creation and access profiling.Ticketing system handling: review, triage, and resolution of user requests.Mobile phone support and configuration for corporate users.Videoconference preparation and support.Printer and scanner maintenance and support.First‑level hardware and software troubleshooting.IT inventory management and asset tracking.Monitoring of material stocks and reordering.Application program support: user profile installation, vendor coordination for training, update installation, functional issue resolution.Functional and technical analysis of applications for process digitization.Database operations, data flow integration between applications, dashboard preparation.Documentation of support and user guides for new users on macro functionalities.QualificationsDiploma or degree in an IT field.Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365.Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD user management.Familiarity with PC, notebook, peripheral, and network hardware configuration.Excellent process analysis skills.Knowledge of SQL Databases and reporting/BI tools.Experience using AI solutions in workplace processes.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of ticketing system operation.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services.Knowledge of SAP and advanced BI tools (Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionEngineering and Information Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
