We are looking for a BackEnd Developer to perform the following activities:Lead and mentor a backend team (4–5 devs)Design and oversee backend architecture (Laravel + AWS)Design and optimize relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB on AWS RDS)Develop and maintain backend services (PHP)Deploy and scale via AWS ECS and LambdaContribute to core feature development (Laravel, AWS Lambda/ECS/RDS)Collaborate with Product, DevOps for IaC automation (Terraform), and CTOMonitor systems via CloudWatch and DatadogSupport ETL / Data Integration processes (Laravel or Apache Hop)Ensure code quality, documentation, and Agile processesShape product technical roadmapWhat are we looking for in you?
