You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture, assisting the HR Manager in all administrative and operational matters related to employees and their experience at San Clemente Palace Venice.Your main responsibilities will include:Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes for all hotel departmentsCoordinating training sessions, maintaining training records, and assisting with performance management activitiesPreparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, and updating HR databasesEnsuring compliance with labor regulations, internal procedures, and brand standardsAssisting with payroll preparation and time & attendance trackingPromoting employee engagement through communication initiatives and internal eventsServing as a point of contact for staff inquiries with professionalism and confidentialitySupporting the HR Manager in implementing HR projects and strategic initiativesAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotelWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in an HR support or supervisory role, ideally within luxury hospitalityStrong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to build trust and maintain confidentiality in a multicultural environmentPositive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for peopleFluent in Italian and English (other languages are an advantage)Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and HR software systemsWhat We Offer:A key role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resortsOpportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritageCompetitive compensationProfessional growth and development opportunitiesAccommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefitsA supportive and international team environment where excellence is celebratedAdditional Information:Type of work: Full timeLocation: Venice, Italy –Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)You must possess the legal right to work in ItalyApply Now:Ready to grow your HR career in Venice?
