The main objective will be to achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers.YOUR MISSIONYour main assignment will be focused on achieving sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.You sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale applying and respecting the Dior Art of SellingYou achieve sell out targets on a monthly basisYou educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brandYou participate in merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelinesYou participate in displaying products according to novelties launches & planogramsYou participate in monitoring stock levels and report any issues to your supervisorYou conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasksYou establish a strong relationship with retailersYou promote a team and collaborative spirit among colleaguesYou are available to travel and support different point of salesWHO YOU ARE - RequirementsProfessional retail experience in make-up and/or service industry, ideally in the luxuryBeautician certificate or equivalentDeep knowledge of beauty product: Fragrance, skincare and make upProficient in EnglishPassionate about customer service and beauty industryResult oriented and with excellent selling skillsTeam playerAvailable to work on different shiftsDriving licence is a mustWHAT CAN WE OFFER?A challenging role in a fast moving, ambitious environment, with daily learning opportunities and passionate team members.A competitive package, from compensation, benefits to perks (add details if/when necessary)Beyond this role, your development is a pillar of our ambition.
