You will also have the chance to contribute to major transformational projects such as **SEU, SNAI, and GAD**, which are reshaping the way we operate and deliver value across the business.* Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, working closely with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment with business goals.* Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and proposing enhancements, leveraging agile methodologies where applicable to increase efficiency and collaboration.* Overseeing project timelines and budgets by monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain project health and achieve planned outcomes.* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for project updates, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.* Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation plans to manage potential issues before they impact project timelines, quality, or budget, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.* Contributing to strategic planning and forecasting within the project management function, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and supporting organizational growth and scalability.**What you’ll bring:*** You have at least 5–7 years of experience as a PM/PMO/Demand professional.* You have excellent knowledge of project management and governance frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies, planning and budgeting processes, stakeholder management, and the software development lifecycle.* You know how to effectively use project management tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.* Previous experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and adapting to changing business needs.* Knowledge of strategic planning and forecasting within project management, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.* Good skills in workload and capacity management, ensuring balanced distribution of activities and timely delivery of outputs.* Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.* Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, while thriving in collaborative team environments, and to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Fluency in both English and Italian, with good written and verbal communication skills.**Why choose us:*** Permanent contract with Hybrid Work;* Meal Allowance;* Supplemental Health Insurance;* The option to join our company share saving scheme.**Choose us also for:*** An inclusive work environment and participate in all our initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion;* Well-Being Support: online meditation courses, medical online service and counselling with the help of certified psychologists and coaches;* Learning and Development: access a platform full of training courses, join workshops, conferences.
