Delivery Consultant, Professional Services AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid‑market accounts to enterprise‑level customers including public sector. Are you an experienced Cloud architect/developer who can assist our customers in Application modernization, Design and development of cloud native applications and/or re‑engineering applications that can fully leverage the AWS Cloud? Do you like to work on a variety of game‑changing projects, at the forefront of application development and cloud technology adoption? This role is open for Delhi/NCR. As an architect you would champion applications to be cloud optimized by making them well‑architected, enabling them to reap the benefits of elasticity, horizontal scalability, automation and high availability. You should have a knack of GenAI tooling to driving application modernization at scale with GenAI tools. On the AWS platform services such as Amazon EC2, Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancing, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Amazon Elastic Container Services to name just a few, provide opportunities to design and build cloud ready applications. Key job responsibilities Previous experiences as Software / Solution Architect, Lead Architect or similar role Experience in architecting, designing and developing applications that leverage AWS services TOGAF Certified Architect with 15+ years of exp architecting Application in Java, .Net and other languages Experience in designing scalable, highly available applications using containers, serverless technologies and event‑driven architectures Prior consulting experience working directly with customers and partners. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends, emerging technologies and assist customer in infrastructure and application development Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Expert level proficiency in at least one programming language (Typescript/ NodeJS/AngularJS/ReactJS/ Java/C#/GOLang) Familiarity with AWS Storage, SQL and No SQL databases with awareness of protocols such as gRPC, Web‑sockets and graphql Knowledge of cloud architecture design patterns, Event driven, Micro‑services architecture Preferred experience in optimize cloud systems for scalability, security, and performance Experience in agile software development Advising and implementing AWS best practices About the team Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences. Basic Qualifications 6+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or equivalent Experience in software development, or experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications and experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP) Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of IT implementation experience Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands‑on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
