The role will involve purchasing goods, materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.What we offer A challenging career path in a rapidly growing company with a modern vision and talented teams.A competitive salary (and benefits) that values people skills and experience.A young and inspiring work environment that encourages diversity and cultural exchange.Individual growth objectives with a dedicated budget for learning/training.Flexible working hours and working locations, we value work‑life balanceA work opportunity in a mission‑driven company committed to empowering people around the world.And if you live near one of our offices… Ping pong and foosball tournaments (sport or gym benefit is also included for everyone).Seasonal celebrations, happy hours, and everyday drinks and snacks at the office.Sunny rooftop lunch breaks and hammocks for relaxation and concentration.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.Associate's degree and 7+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8+ years of buyer, procurement, supply chain, or related experience.Key Responsibilities and Task: Communicate with HW team in prototype phase to choose the best components, optimize BOM cost, support the product development phase.BOM review before mass production and ERP BOM maintenance.BOM optimization, reviews and analyzes components and looks for alternative solutions.Negotiate prices, terms and quality requirements.Resolve complex delivery, quality or other related problems with purchases and invoices.Evaluate market conditions.Perform value analysis to identify cost improvements.Check the capacity of suppliers and availability for materials.Manage and update master data.Set up a cost reduction plan.Supplier analyses and lead time analyses realization.Skills and experience required: Technical skills required (electronics knowledge).Communication and negotiation skills.Bachelor’s Degree preferred Engineering or Technical background.Preferred 1–2 years of experience at a minimum in the electronics purchase market.
