Il nostro cliente, importante azienda operante nell’ambito della componentistica industriale, leader nel proprio settore, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un: che, riportando al Manufacturing Manager, coordinerà i team di Ingegneria di Processo, Lean e Manutenzione, assicurando l'allineamento strategico e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi in termini di qualità, costo ed efficacia operativa. Principali attività Supervisionare, motivare, formare e sviluppare i team di Ingegneri di Processo, Specialisti Lean e Manutentori Assicurare che le attività dei tre gruppi siano sinergiche e supportino gli obiettivi di produzione e le iniziative di miglioramentoli> Gestire il budget, le risorse e le priorità tra i diversi team per massimizzare l'efficacia Guidare l'identificazione e l'implementazione di miglioramenti nei processi produttivi per aumentare la capacità, ridurre gli scarti e migliorare la qualità Promuovere e dirigere l'applicazione dei principi e degli strumenti Lean (es. Kaizen, 5S, VSM) in tutti i Plant italiani Sviluppare e mantenere standard operativi e specifiche tecniche per i processi e le attrezzature Garantire l'affidabilità, la sicurezza e la massima disponibilità di macchinari e attrezzature critiche Supervisionare la risoluzione rapida ed efficace dei guasti e l'analisi delle cause radice per prevenire le recidive Gestire progetti di investimento per l'introduzione di nuove tecnologie, l'aggiornamento di linee esistenti e l'ampliamento della capacità Monitorare e riportare regolarmente le performance chiave (es. OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Costo di Qualità) proponendo azioni correttive e migliorative Garantire che tutte le operazioni rispettino le normative vigenti in materia di sicurezza, ambiente e qualità Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di leadership nel settore manifatturiero Solida conoscenza dei principi di Lean Manufacturing, WCM o TPM, Ingegneria di Processo e metodologie di Manutenzione avanzata Esperienza nella gestione di team multidisciplinari (Processo, Lean, Manutenzione) Buone capacità di leadership, comunicazione interpersonale e problem solving Capacità di guidare il cambiamento e raggiungere obiettivi sfidanti Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Sede di lavoro: provincia di Treviso (2 giorni di remote working a settimana) #J-18808-Ljbffr
