We are currently looking for a Senior Media Buyer in Bulgaria.In this role, you will lead high-budget paid media campaigns across multiple international markets, driving profitable growth and maximizing return on ad spend. You will be responsible for full-funnel acquisition strategy, creative brief development, and performance optimization, working closely with creative, product, and analytics teams. This role requires a data-driven, performance-first mindset, with experience scaling campaigns efficiently while maintaining cost discipline. You will have autonomy over strategy, testing roadmaps, and market-specific adaptations, contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth. The position offers remote work flexibility, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to shape marketing operations for a fast-growing global brand.Accountabilities:Own, plan, and scale high-budget paid media campaigns on Meta and other digital platformsDevelop and implement full-funnel acquisition strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, upsells, and post-purchase flowsWrite actionable creative briefs for designers and video editors to support campaign executionAdapt messaging, targeting, and offers to multiple markets (US, AU, EU) for maximum impactAnalyze campaign performance data, extract insights, and iterate quickly to optimize ROAS, CPA, and LTVBuild structured testing roadmaps and collaborate with creative, product, and CRO teamsStay updated on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantageRequirements:Proven experience managing $600K+/month ad spend with direct responsibility for performance and optimizationStrong background in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer performance marketingDeep expertise in Meta Ads at scale and cross-market campaign executionExperience planning, testing, scaling, and optimizing campaigns independentlyStrong analytical skills with a performance-first approach and a focus on ROAS and CPA disciplineAbility to create clear, actionable creative briefs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience across US, AU, and EU markets is highly desirableNice to have: experience in health, supplements, or regulated product verticalsBenefits:Competitive compensation aligned with seniority and impactFully remote, full-time contractor positionAutonomy and ownership in a fast-execution environmentDirect access to decision-makers and senior leadershipLong-term growth opportunities within a scaling global brandExposure to international eCommerce marketing and advanced campaign managementWhy Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
