The majority of our placements are administrative roles such as virtual assistants, bookkeepers, dispatchers, and operations coordinators, though we also fill marketing, design, and technical positions like engineers and analysts. The Opportunity We’re expanding our referral and outreach network and looking for people who love connecting with business owners and making introductions. This is a commission-only, independent contractor role with full flexibility – ideal for those who want to earn extra income on their own schedule. You’ll earn $3,000+ for every client we close from your introduction, and we’re also open to paying per qualified lead if you prefer a steadier structure. Our call-to-close rate is anywhere between 25 - 50%, depending on the source of referral.
