Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Pricing Data Entry Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Brand Building Team, supporting the Trade Marketing function. The talent will support the team in activities related to data entry, system maintenance, and monitoring of store transaction systems across worldwide locations. This internship contributes to the operational execution of the promotional strategy, ensuring accurate registration of promotions, price changes, and updates in the systems. The role will collaborate with the IT team to help maintain the proper functioning of store systems, including EVA and SAP, ensuring seamless store operations. In particular, you will: Support the team in data entry, updates, and maintenance in store systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Assist in registering promotions, pricing changes, and discounts, ensuring alignment with the trade marketing strategy. Monitor basic system performance indicators, helping identify issues and escalate them if needed. Collaborate with the IT team to support updates, improvements, and simple troubleshooting activities. Help ensure compliance of store systems with company policies and local regulations. Contribute to the creation of periodic reports on pricing updates and promotional execution. Participate in special projects related to system improvements or new implementations. What you will need to succeed High school diploma or ongoing/obtained degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. English knowledge is mandatory. Basic familiarity or interest in retail systems, pricing processes, or promotional activities. Curiosity and willingness to learn tools such as EVA, SAP, or similar systems. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. We would love if you had Strong problem-solving attitude & detail orientation. Highly collaborative style and willingness to work in teams. Good communication skills and ability to interact with IT and trade marketing colleagues. Openness to a culture of continuous feedback.
