We are looking for an experienced Group Controller to strengthen our Group Finance team. The role is focused on group consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis in an international, multi-entity environment. It requires direct responsibility for group reporting and consolidation activities and the ability to work independently. This role requires autonomy, initiative, and ownership, without the need for constant supervision. Monthly group closing and consolidation Financial data collection, validation, and analysis Group management reporting and variance analysis Budgeting and forecasting support Accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of group reporting Point of contact for local finance teams Compliance with group controlling standards Follow-up on reporting timelines and deliverables Resolution of reporting issues with senior stakeholders Requirements Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent 6–8 years of experience in controlling or financial activities within companies Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel Knowledge of ERP and BI tools is a plus Fluent English – mandatory (working language) Additional languages are a plus What We Offer Fast-growing group in an international environment A strong and supportive team, with mutual help and collaboration Rock your future with SDG Internal academies and qualified centers of excellence, with the possibility of obtaining certifications for the most used tools in the field of Big Data & Analytics Never stop learning: continuous training throughout the career, with coaching and mentoring activities Biannual evaluations of potential and performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
