Crediamo fortemente nel valore del team, nella proattività individuale e nel contributo personale di ciascuno.DescrizioneSiamo alla ricerca di un/una AI Developer con almeno 4 anni di esperienza da inserire su progetti tech per lo sviluppo di soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale integrate in prodotti digitali.La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con team di sviluppo e prodotto per progettare, implementare e mantenere funzionalità AI scalabili e pronte per la produzione.Competenze richiesteOttima conoscenza di PythonEsperienza nello sviluppo di applicazioni backend e API (REST)Utilizzo di modelli di Machine Learning e Generative AIEsperienza con LLM (es. OpenAI, Anthropic, modelli open-source)Prompt engineering e gestione del contestoImplementazione di sistemi RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)Conoscenza di vector database (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate o simili)Integrazione di servizi AI in applicazioni softwareUtilizzo di Git e workflow di sviluppo collaborativiFamiliarità con ambienti cloud (AWS, GCP o Azure)Sono graditiConoscenze di Docker e containerizzazioneNozioni di MLOps e monitoraggio dei modelli in produzioneEsperienza con architetture a microserviziProgetti AI personali o contributi open-sourceEsperienza in contesti startup o product-orientedSoft SkillsForte orientamento al problem solvingMentalità product-driven e attenzione all’impatto finaleCapacità di lavorare in autonomia e per obiettiviBuone doti comunicative e di collaborazioneCuriosità e aggiornamento continuo sulle tecnologie AIAltroSede: Milano (ibrido) o remotoContratto: CCNL Commercio, RAL indicativa tra i 27K e i 32K.
