Take a new challenge and join us For more information: DescriptionRepresent the company and own the relationship with suppliersPerform Potential Supplier Assessment (PSA)Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead the implementation of timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutionsManage supplier crises with on‑site support within 24 hrs when requiredAssure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirementsDevelop and execute plans to ensure supplier fulfillment of quoted capacity through use of the Run at Rate workbookImprove quality performance of suppliers, running workshops at supplier sites and assisting suppliers in developing a robust quality systemQualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical, chemical, industrial processes2 years, of which at least 1 year in Automotive Purchasing/Supplier Quality or EngineeringKnowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, tooling, equipment and facilitiesDemonstrated knowledge of probability, statistical quality control and design of experimentsKnowledge of the commodity structure and its processesKnowledge of quality management and value analysisKnowledge of MS‑OfficeFlexibility, ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity for teamwork, social and intercultural competencyHigh level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team membersTechnical and quality certifications are a plusAdditional Information AtSEGULA Technologies , diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of our human resources policy.
