Why This Role Is Right for You: As an AML Advisory Specialist , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. You will work in a dynamic and stimulating environment to enable AML compliant business solutions, keep internal regulatory framework up to date, elaborate internal alerts and informative emails to engage functions with appropriate products and processes to new regulation, shape and manage the AML training agenda, execute AML risk assessment, and contribute to periodical reporting to Corporate Bodies. Responsibilities monitor and analyse applicable AML regulation to define impact on processes and draft internal alerts and informative emails provide guidance to other departments on AML regulatory requirements and their interpretation, and advise on risk-based solutions to enable AML compliant business models update internal regulations (e.g. AML Policy, AML Manual) contribute to periodical reporting to Corporate Bodies manage AML training activities according to the annual training plan, including drafting training material and tracking attendance work collaboratively with other departments to enhance AML risk detection and prevention support the execution of the AML Risk Assessment Qualifications Master\'s degree in economics or law (5 years) 2-3 years of experience with financial institutions within the AML field Good knowledge of AML regulation and related processes Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret regulatory documents, define business requirements and support problem solving activities High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and reliability in meeting deadlines under pressure Team oriented with solid communication abilities Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken) Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AML related platforms is a plus What’s in it for You Attractive salary and a competitive benefits package to reward your expertise and contributions Tech equipment: tools needed to succeed, including the latest technology to support your work Join an international team: collaborate with experts from across Europe in a dynamic, global environment Grow and develop: hands-on experience and structured training through our PayTech University to accelerate your career Life at Nexi We’re an international team of 10,000+ people across 25 countries, united by shared ambition and a passion for innovation.
