The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying and securing the right talent at the right time, aligned with our organization’s goals and needs. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will take a proactive role in driving and supporting the Talent Acquisition operating model, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Your role Your primary responsibilities will focus on sourcing activities for the areas you support, primarily Italy, the UK, and Ireland. This includes roles across both commercial affiliates and manufacturing sites. As needed, you will also provide sourcing support to other countries, depending on business needs. Responsibilities Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and local job portals Proactively reaching out to potential candidates Conducting screening calls with candidates Participating in meetings with TA Partners and hiring managers Your Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have an educational background in HR, business administration, communication, or a related field, and have 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, stakeholder management and sourcing. In addition to that we expect that you have: Proven experience in sourcing and attracting top talent Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other local portals Ability to adjust to fast‑paced and changing environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A collaborative and positive attitude The ability to work with stakeholders of different seniority levels A passion for innovation and a drive to continuously improve processes Fluency in English and Italian Team You’ll be part of Global Talent Acquisition, reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition. This team consists of 15 TA Partners and sourcing specialists spread across Europe. Other parts of the Global Talent Acquisition team will support recruitments in the USA and Asia businesses, as well as our global employer branding efforts, our technology, process improvements, and executive search.
