By combining deep technical expertise with industry best practices, we enable smarter decision‑making, optimize processes, and foster innovation across diverse sectors.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and maintain advanced Power BI semantic models to support complex business requirementsDesign, implement, and optimize DAX queries to create efficient and scalable data modelsCreate visually appealing and interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with data engineers to integrate and transform data from various sources into Power BIEnsure data accuracy and integrity across all Power BI reports and dashboardsConduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI solutions to enhance user experienceParticipate in capacity planning and sizing of Power BI service componentsMaintain and update documentation related to Power BI processes and configurations in line with Allianz Technology standardsCoordinate with stakeholders, including development, architecture, rollout, and operations teams, as well as customers, for releases, upgrades, and changesSupport service‑related risk assessments and auditsWhat You’ll Bring AlongMinimum of 3–5 years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligenceExpertise in advanced Power BI semantic modeling and DAXProven experience in designing and developing interactive dashboardsStrong understanding of data visualization best practices and principlesStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Azure and Synapse is a plusFamiliarity with cloud architecture and SaaS concepts is nice to haveExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skills in GermanSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
