The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels. DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE We are looking for a HR COST CONTROLLING SPECIALIST to join the HR Team in supporting the analysis, management and optimisation of the company's remuneration and benefits policies. The objective of the role is to ensure a fair, competitive remuneration system aligned to company strategies, as well as to promote employee welfare through incentive and welfare programmes. The role requires a strong analytical orientation, precision in data management and the ability to support the team in ensuring the effectiveness of compensation policies. KEY CHALLENGES Support in the collection, processing and analysis of data relating to remuneration, incentives and company benefits Support in the preparation of periodical reports for monitoring and optimising personnel costs Support in the management and updating of Compensation & Benefits policies Support the team in the realisation of remuneration benchmarks and analysis of market trends Support in the management of Short-Term Incentive Plan and Salary Review processes Working with the HR team to ensure effective internal communication on Compensation & Benefits issues Update and manage data in the company management system Support in the creation of dashboards and data analysis tools to improve the monitoring of remuneration dynamics Support the team in interpreting HR KPIs related to personnel costs and benefits management Support in the development of projects aimed at improving and optimising remuneration and incentive solutions Support in the analysis and monitoring of the company's remuneration structures, with the preparation of reports to support strategic compensation decisions CORE COMPETENCIES Degree or university in progress in economics, statistics or related fields Excellent knowledge of Excel and analytical skills Interest in Compensation & Benefits and personnel management topics Proactivity and problem solving Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Accuracy and attention to detail in data processing and interpretation LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY Good knowledge of Italian Good knowledge of English Spanish nice to have LOCATION Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period Seniority levelInternship Employment typeInternship Job functionHuman Resources Industries: Retail, Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry, and Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
