We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and service-driven Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international customer care team in Lisbon. You will contribute to a home appliances customer service project (brand confidential) by assisting customers in Italian via phone, email, and chat. While experience in customer support is an asset, it is not a requirement — the most important skills are fluency in Italian and at least a B2 level of English . Core Responsibilities In this position, your main duties will include: Offering excellent support to Italian-speaking customers, handling queries and resolving concerns with professionalism, patience, and care. Managing incoming communication through multiple channels, such as telephone, email, and live chat. Recording and updating customer interactions accurately in internal systems. Providing guidance and troubleshooting for home appliance-related issues. Coordinating with different departments to resolve more complex inquiries effectively. Continuously updating product knowledge to ensure the highest quality of service.
