For more information: Job Description Assist the Project Quality Manager/Quality Control Manager in all activities related to the management of Quality records in both electronic and physical formats. Ensure correct filing of Quality documentation according to defined procedures and prepare QA/QC dossiers for project completion and client handover. Location: Project-based (International assignments)Experience Level: 3-8 years Key Responsibilities Ensure completion of Inspection and Test Records by system or as required, jointly with QC Supervisors Highlight any outstanding quality control activities to be performed to enable project completion Support Quality Control Manager in preparing QA/QC dossiers to satisfy milestone target dates Collect quality record documents issued in conformity with approved Quality Control Plans Ensure timely data entry in QA/QC tools according to project organizational setup Supervise activities of resources dedicated to uploading data into QA/QC tools Ensure electronic copy of final QA/QC documentation is ready in due time and formats for client delivery Verify proper filing and traceability of quality documentation Manage quality records in compliance with agreed procedures and contractual requirements Qualifications Education Technical diploma or Associate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Bachelor's degree preferred Experience 3-8 years in document control, quality records management, or quality coordination roles Experience in oil & gas, construction, or engineering project environments Background in managing quality documentation and databases Site-based or project office experience required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of company EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) Ability to configure and analyze WBS and progress calculations in EDMS Proficiency in creating and analyzing in-depth reports Understanding of data model databases and architecture Familiarity with document control procedures and filing systems Experience with quality management databases and tools Quality Knowledge Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System fundamentals Knowledge of Quality Control Plans and inspection activities Familiarity with quality certification schemes (ISO 9001, API Q2, ISO 29001) Basic understanding of NDT methodologies, welding processes, and inspection activities Awareness of project quality activities and procedures Core Competencies Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities Process analysis and procedure development understanding Communication and coordination skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities Team collaboration and support capabilities Additional Information In SEGULA Technologies, la diversità, l'equità e l'inclusione sono al centro della nostra politica delle risorse umane.
