IT Support Engineer – Enterprise Integration Lucca, Italy | Mostly remote, occasional on-site Permanent | Full-timeWhat you’ll doYou’ll be part of the Global IT Enterprise Integration team, working on enterprise integrations and automation projects. This role offers hands‑on experience with Boomi, ERP systems, and ETL processes, acting as a key link between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.Key responsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support integrations using BoomiTranslate business needs into technical solutionsBuild and maintain automated ETL workflowsSupport integrations from go‑live onwardHelp with testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimizationCreate and maintain technical documentationAct as a 2nd‑level support SMEWhat we’re looking forDegree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experienceExperience with system integrations / ERP / EDI / ETLKnowledge of Boomi (or similar platforms), SQL/PL‑SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSONExperience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)Strong problem‑solving and analytical skillsFluent English#J-18808-Ljbffr
