With over 500+ products developed and 40M deployments in 140 countries, eInfochips continues to fuel technological innovations in multiple verticals.Head of Sales South EuropeIt’s an individual contributor position with potential future growth into a leadership role.ResponsibilitiesBe an independent contributor while preparing to manage a team in the future.Hunt, prospect and grow large accounts to provide an annuity‑based engineering services business.Engage customers in Embedded, Software and Digital services space.Drive revenue and business expansion in existing clients with design centers in the western region outside the Bay Area.Run the complete sales process for all opportunities, including initial client communication, on‑site presentations, proposal creation and submission, negotiation and deal signing.Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Achieve prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.Develop strong, long‑term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives at targeted firms.Required Skills & Experience5–15 years of direct digital and embedded engineering services sales experience with large enterprise clients.B.E./B.S./B.Tech engineering degree.MBA (desirable).Demonstrable track record of achieving sales quota of 5–10 M + and large account management.Willingness to develop client base via aggressive prospecting in new and existing customer bases.Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with director and VP engineering management on the client side.Experience with an offshore services company operating in Hi‑Tech, Medical Devices, Industrial and Mobility domains with cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams.Good technical skills in Digital and Embedded engineering and the ability to engage the potential customer with consultative selling.Experience in managing a sales team; inside sales team preferred.Fluency in French and English.Italian and/or Spanish language skills – nice to have.Business travel availability – 30% travel in France, Italy and Spain.What We OfferModern & dynamic working environment.Challenging & diverse range of tasks.Professional and personal development.Attractive, performance‑oriented remuneration.Employee benefits.Open corporate culture.Arrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to create a diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunity for all qualified persons.Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
