Business Intelligence Engineer II, Alexa EndpointsWe’re seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team supporting product analytics for the Alexa Mobile App and the upcoming Alexa+ endpoints. You’ll be at the forefront of generative AI innovation. Alexa+ leverages large language models to deliver more natural, contextual conversations—going beyond traditional voice assistant experiences. Your analytics work will directly shape how we measure and improve this transformative AI product, from response quality and conversation coherence to customer engagement with AI-generated content.
