We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Operations team in Italy and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the correct installation of the GSS project portfolio in Italy. Responsibilities Coordinate the team of mechanical supervisors of GSS in Italy. Conduct site visits to lead client relations: site and production managers, property or engineering. Ensure HSE compliance. Coordinate various assembly subcontractors. Provide training on the correct installation of metal structures (trackers) following the indications of the Product Installation Manual. Supervise the correct installation of the products during the different stages of construction: driving, metal structure, and installation of panels. Issue supervision reports, detect deviations, establish and control deadlines for the start and delivery of the work, verify the measurement on site, and manage budget and resources. Handle issues, including: Manage and supervise the correct execution of the Pull Out Test (POT). Request proposals for the execution of works on site, execution of Pull Out Test, supervision, and assembly. Check the invoicing of subcontractors and predict budget deviations. Standardize assembly processes, and review or issue manuals and installation procedures. Requirements Technical training in the mechanical branch or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. 2 – 3 years of experience as a Site Manager in PV or 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in other sectors. Advanced Office skills, especially Excel management. Native Italian and Intermediate level of Spanish or English. Availability to travel both nationally and internationally. We value very positively H&S training on Italian construction sites (Risquio alto or similar). Knowledge of the Photovoltaic Sector. Technical knowledge of structures. Where would you work?
