Cy4gate è alla ricerca di un Program Manager per guidare la delivery tecnica di progetti in ambito cybersecurity e gestire la relazione operativa e strategica con il cliente finale. Il ruolo prevede la responsabilità del ciclo di vita dei progetti – prevalentemente a milestone – utilizzando approcci ibridi (Waterfall / Agile). Mansioni principali: Pianificare, coordinare e controllare l’esecuzione di progetti cybersecurity e software integrato, nel rispetto di tempi, costi, qualità e scope Gestire la relazione con il cliente, agendo come interfaccia primaria per esigenze operative, criticità e soddisfazione del servizio Coordinare team tecnici interni (sviluppatori, system engineer, esperti di cyber security) e partner esterni Verificare l’avanzamento delle attività rispetto a milestone, KPI e deliverable contrattuali Monitorare il budget di progetto, supportare la reportistica finanziaria e contribuire alla marginalità Gestire i rischi di progetto e attivare piani di mitigazione tempestivi Redigere e mantenere la documentazione di progetto (projectcharter, gantt, RACI, status report, consuntivi) Facilitare il collaudo tecnico, l’handover ai team di esercizio e la chiusura formale del progetto Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica o discipline STEM Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e dell’inglese (B2+/C1) Esperienza lavorativa: Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Project Management su progetti Cybersecurity o Defense. Esperienza nella gestione diretta del cliente e delle attività di delivery tecnica Competenze richieste: Ottima padronanza dei framework di gestione progetti (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) Competenze nella gestione economica del progetto (budgeting, cost control, forecast) Esperienza con clienti istituzionali, pubbliche amministrazioni o aziende regolamentate Certificazioni PMP®, PRINCE2®, Scrum Master o ITIL® Familiarità con concetti chiave di cybersecurity (SOC, SIEM, incident response, vulnerability management) Conoscenza di strumenti di project portfolio management (es.
